      本實驗采用導數光譜法,直接測定撲熱息痛和雙氯滅痛的含量,消除了附加成分對測定含量的干擾.回收率為100.0%.導數光譜法簡便,快速,測定誤差小,結果滿意.

      The ultravioet spectrophotometry to determine the content of diclofenac-Na inthe suppository that was prepared by mixing syntheti aliphatic ester with sodi-um diclofenac has been developed. Diclofenac-Na was analyzed at 276nm and theaverage recovery was 100.4% and the coefficient of variation was 0.44% (n=6).Results of experiments showed that ultravioet spectrophotometry was an availa-ble method for determination of diclofenac-Na in suppository.

      本文報道用紫外分光光度法在276um波長處測定雙氯滅痛栓劑中雙氯滅痛的含量。該方法其平均回收率為100.4%,其變異系數為0.44%,結果表明用紫外分光光度法可用于雙氯滅痛栓劑中雙氯滅痛含量的測定。

      Using just on sample under unchanged experimental condition Different Derivative Spectrophotometry was applied to the quantitative determination of Diclofenac Sodium and Chlorpheniramine Maleate in Ganmaotong tablets. This method was sufficiently simple, rapid, highly-sensitive and reproducible. The average recoveries of Diclofenac Sodium and Chlorpheniramine Maleate were 99.5% and 97.3%. The coefficients of variation were 0.42% and 0.63%.

      本文利用示差導數光譜法對感冒通片中雙氯滅痛和撲爾敏進行定量測定。本法用同一樣品液,在同一測定條件下完成,具有操作簡便、快速、靈敏度高和重現性好等特點,雙氯滅痛和撲爾敏的平均回收率分別為99.5%和97.3%,變異系數分別為0.42%和0.63%.
